The venue was extremely comfy and perfect, I enjoyed the stay and the location was unbeatable close to the main tourist spots and an uncrowded. The staff members were very amiable and suggested local places. I booked a deluxe villa for 3 nights and had a very good stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was great. Everything was simply perfect.

the location was good and in front of the bay and a river. in the evening we visited cote brasserie, set next to the hotel. liked the price of our deluxe king room and its essentials.

We recently stayed at a charming colonial, style villa with a lush tropical garden and exotic animals, just steps away from a stunning beach. the warm and welcoming hosts provided exceptional service and impressive Sri Lankan breakfast. the spacious room was well, maintained with all necessary amenities. We enjoyed the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of large resorts, and loved the friendly monkeys and peacocks in the garden. the authentic local experience and affordable pricing made it a top, notch stay.

Although the location was private and peaceful, there were limited options for evening entertainment.

What an amazing stay! the villa was in the perfect spot, just a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and sightseeing. the colonial style decor was simply stunning and the garden was beautiful with plenty of animals. the welcoming and friendly host family was an added bonus, always eager to help and give advice.

The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We were able to park our car nearby without any issues. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of options available.

Our stay was pleasant overall. We appreciated the convenient location only a short walk to the beach. the staff was friendly and accommodating when it came to preparing special dietary meals. We also enjoyed the opportunity to feed the monkeys on the property.

Our billing experience was unpleasant. The staff attempted to overcharge us for our stay and for tours we were not interested in.
